The ocean is a savings bank for solar energy, receiving deposits in seasons of excessive insolation and paying them back in seasons of want.

Nadim Rahman

Oceanographer

I'm in my fourth year studying Oceanography, focusing on physical oceanography specially, how the ocean interacts with atmosphere and affects the weather and climate. I have proficiency in analyzing geo-spatial data, making models of the ocean and climate and also in remote sensing. Currently I'm trying to learn and elevate my Machine Learning skills to master predictive modeling.

I really enjoy working on projects that involve critical thinking and higher level problem solving skills. I'm really looking forward to work on research projects that will put my skills into tests.
